How to Print or Save Your Menu as a PDF

Updated October 2026

When your menu looks right, get it onto paper or into a file. Here is how.

Step 1: Finish and check your menu

Read every item, price and spelling one last time. A typo on 200 printed copies is expensive.

Step 2: Choose Print

Use the print button in Rockin' Menus. Your browser's print window opens.

Step 3: Save as PDF or pick a printer

In the print window, choose "Save as PDF" as the destination to make a file, or pick your printer.

Step 4: Print one test copy

Check size, margins and readability on real paper before printing a stack.

Step 5: Choose paper

Heavier paper feels sturdier and holds up to handling. For a print shop, send the PDF and ask what paper they suggest.

Step 6: Keep the file

Save the PDF so you can reprint or share it. When prices change, update the menu and print again.
