What this is
Rockin' Menus is an online tool for laying out and printing a menu. It is provided by SHORE AI LLC.
Your menu is your content
You own what you type. You are responsible for it, including that your prices, descriptions and claims are accurate, and that your menu follows the rules that apply to your business where you operate.
Allergies, health and labeling
Apart from the optional helper's suggestions, this tool does not check food allergen information, nutrition facts, or any legal labeling requirement. If your menu needs allergen or calorie information, you must add it yourself and make sure it is correct. Nothing here is legal, health, tax or business advice.
The special-menu helper
The optional helper uses AI to suggest which items might fit a gluten-friendly, vegan or allergy-friendly menu. It reads only item names and descriptions. It does not know your recipes, ingredients, suppliers or kitchen, and it can be wrong. Its suggestions are not a guarantee, and are not medical or allergen advice. You must check every item yourself, with your kitchen, before you put it on a menu or serve it. You are responsible for what you print and serve, including any "gluten-friendly," "vegan" or allergy wording.
Passes and payment
You can build and preview a menu for free. Printing or saving as PDF, and the special-menu helper, need a pass. A pass is a single payment, in U.S. dollars, for a set time (30 days or 1 year, as shown when you buy). It does not renew by itself. Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices may change for future purchases, but never for a pass you have already bought. A pass works in the browser where it was activated, and you can use your pass code in another browser. Because a pass gives you immediate access to a digital service, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or we choose to give one. If the site stops working during your pass, we will make a fair adjustment, such as extending the pass.
Printing
Colors and sizes can look different from one printer or print shop to another. Please print a test copy before you print a large batch.
Use of the site
Please do not misuse the site, try to break it, or use it to make anything unlawful or harmful. We may change, pause or remove the site at any time.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will always work, be error free, or save your menu forever. Keep your own copy of anything important, for example by saving a PDF.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, SHORE AI LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the site in the 12 months before the claim, which may be zero.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by posting a new version here. Using the site after that means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
